EconModel is a program that lets you run simulations with the models on this web site.  After you download and install EconModel, when you click on the "Model Link" for a given model, you are given the option to have EconModel start and load that model.

Once you click on a "Model Link", Econmodel

• presents explanatory pages,
• lets you draw curves for the model,
• lets you find the equilibrium for the model, and
• lets you run "what if" simulations for the model.

If you are a student, there is no better way to learn to think like an economist than actively working with economic models.

To activate the Model Links, you need to download and install the EconModel program.  You also need a subscription, which comes in the form of a ticket class and a ticket number.  Right now, you can get a free 10-day trial subscription.  If you are interested in a longer-term subscription or would like to support the EconModel project, a one year subscription is $20.
